Before you brief us
Yes. That is our core procurement and buying agent service: we source, place the order in our own name, pay the factory in RMB on your behalf, then arrange inspection and transport. You settle once with the Hong Kong company.
Either a percentage of goods value or a fixed fee per order, agreed before the order is placed and shown as a separate line on the quotation.
Yes. Audit-only mandates are charged per audit and delivered as a report with photo evidence, with no purchasing involvement.
Licences, address and premises, equipment, capacity, staffing, process control, and whether key processes are done in-house or sub-contracted.
On sourcing mandates you contract with the factory directly and the list is yours. On full procurement we contract and carry the risk.
Per man-day, agreed before the visit. AQL level and check points are set with you in advance.
The shipment is held. We pursue rework, replacement or a price adjustment with the factory before anything leaves.
Freight can be arranged through our group companies, or handed to your own forwarder — whichever you prefer.
